Graphic Design Contest

I need a logo for the Delaware County Bicycle Plan!(Note how the exclamation point makes it seem exciting!) It will go on the cover and on each chapter cover page! It should look respectable enough for government bureaucrats and photocopy well for mass reproduction!

The prize, you ask… Well what could be a greater prize than having your name acknowledged in an obscure public document that none outside the bicycling community will ever read? Also it may look good on a resume, particularly for those of you who are unemployed graphic designers living at royal jelly farms.
