Halloween leftovers overwhelm local vegan, simultaneously underwhelm

Coworkers are bringing in left over Halloween candy and it is the death knell of my already weak vegan conscience. I'm in dairy sugar overload. Today someone brought in these really gross toll house candybars. I may have been gross enough to get my veganism back up and running. I had to give the other half to a coworker. Someone brought in a box of maybe 30, though, and they are all gone. That is what happens when things are free I guess.

PS I think I am going to try for bad newspaper headline titles from now on…
